Opened October 2009. Hands down the best park by far in Canberra if not the surrounding region. Flow section: Combines transition and flat banks including a tiled pool corner graduating into parking blocks and a tiled jelly bean with a jersey barrier on the bank. Sub box and three bowls - the largest is 8 foot to vert with a taco. Flatbank that extends into a concrete ledged lip. Slugs on the flatbanks run into a flatbank hip. Tiled tombstone. Street plaza: Includes a large hubba and rail, euro-gap, smaller down ledge and rail that end in a small tranny with a roll-in and mini vert wall with pool tile. Ledges, manny pad and flatbar skirting the oververt back of the taco. Minor china bank ledge and flatbanks. All round obstacles that have appeal to everyone. Lit at night.

Ethan? : Woden has been anticipated for ages. After it was announced that it was being built, it seemed to take no time at all for the new park in Eddison Park to be erected. It's a shame they didn't build a platform on top of the red bank, and the 8ft bowl is over-vert, but this park is definitely challenging and a shitload of fun. Also Eddison is spelt wrong in the title.
